My recent stay at Hotel Colosseum was simply delightful. the staff, from Damiano at the front desk to the welcoming porter, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. the rooftop bar offered stunning views of Rome's iconic landmarks, perfect for unwinding with a refreshing cocktail. Despite our room being a bit basic and the bathroom on the smaller side, the overall charm of the hotel made up for it - not to mention the ideal location near Santa Margherita church. the breakfast spread was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day off right. While the rooms may benefit from a modern touch, the cleanliness and comfort level were top-notch. the air conditioning was a welcome amenity in the summer heat. Located within walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum and the Vatican, Hotel Colosseum offers convenience without compromising on tranquility, nestled on a quiet street in the heart of Rome. the terrace bar, open seasonally, was a highlight, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxing evenings overlooking the city. Whether traveling for business or leisure, Hotel Colosseum's blend of traditional charm and modern amenities creates a memorable experience. I can't wait to return and explore more of Rome's timeless beauty, perhaps accompanied by my fellow travel enthusiasts, embracing the rich culinary traditions and captivating scenery that Italy has to offer.
